Returns We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for items that are unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Items on final sale or clearance.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@casa-o-shiafi.com with proof of defect or damage.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to 19c Odiyan Street, Lekki Phase 1 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for any items over NGN 200,000, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
